How to Install:
- Before installing delete the old patch and option file (edit00000000)
- This patch does not require DLC 1-3
- Click "Setup.exe" Run As Administrator

- Select the PES 2017 Install location correctly
- Wait a few moments
- Finished, T99 Patch has been installed
- Don't forget to re-generate dpfilelist if you add a new mod
